On a diluted per share basis, net income for the quarter increased 38% to $1.52 from $1.10 in the fourth quarter of 2005. Atrion's revenues for the full year of 2006 increased 12% to $81,020,000 from $72,089,000 in 2005. Net income per diluted share of $5.51 in 2006 was 18% higher than 2005's net income of $4.66 per diluted share. Commenting on the Company's performance for the fourth quarter compared to fourth quarter of 2005, Emile A.
