) today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of common stock at a price of $12 per share. AtriCure, Inc. has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 150,000 shares at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any, and certain selling shareholders have also granted the underwriters an over-allotment option to purchase up to 450,000 shares. AtriCure, Inc. estimates that the gross proceeds from this offering will be approximately $48 million, or approximately $49.8 million if the underwriters exercise their over-allotment option in full.
