Blair, former CFO of DragonWave Inc., brings more than twenty years of experience with high growth telecom companies to his new role. Blair will be responsible for financial management, control, reporting, planning, real estate operations, investor relations and corporate development.

A results-driven finance professional committed to building and protecting shareholder value, Ron has proven success in the completion of financing rounds and capital market transactions. Ron served in senior financial positions for both high growth public and private telecommunications companies for more than twenty years including DragonWave Inc., Nortel Networks, Cambrian Systems, and AIT Advanced Information Technologies, Inc.

Prior to joining Atreus, Ron held the position of Chief Financial Officer at DragonWave, Inc., where he established a professional strategic planning and budgeting process, and raised the capital necessary to guide the company from its start-up phase through to product delivery.

As Chief Financial Officer at Cambrian, he helped guide the company through a period of rapid growth and negotiated the sale of the company to Nortel Networks for $300 Million US.
