Atomz Names Jeffrey Goodman Vice President of Worldwide Sales.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2004

Atomz, a leading provider of hosted enterprise Web site applications, today announced that Jeff Goodman has been named Vice President of Worldwide Sales of Atomz. In this role, Mr. Goodman will focus on exceeding financial goals to further fuel the company's growth, and work with current and prospective customers to provide solutions that play an integral role in their success.

Mr. Goodman, who joined Atomz in 2001, was previously the company's Director of Worldwide Sales. In his new position, Goodman will be focused on the development and implementation of strategies targeted toward capturing market share in new and existing markets like retail, media & entertainment and enterprises. Goodman will also assume responsibility for the company's worldwide field operations.

Prior to Atomz, Mr. Goodman worked with Nexgenix, a Web development engineering firm, where he led the sales team in landing large-enterprise accounts which resulted in $15 million in venture funding for the company in August 2000. Jeff's extensive experience working with traditional, installed content management services at Nexgenix gives him an invaluable perspective on the benefits of the hosted model over installed solutions.

Additionally, Mr. Goodman was an Account Manager at Platinum Technology Platinum Technology Inc. was founded by Andrew Filipowski in 1987 to market and support deployment of Database Management software products and the applications enabled by database management technology and render related services.  where he managed sales in several industries. Early in his career, Mr. Goodman learned the art and technique of sales at leading electronics companies Anthem Electronics, Arrow Electronics Arrow Electronics NYSE: ARW is a Fortune 500 company headquartered in Melville, New York. This company specializes in products and services of electronic components and computer products. , and Wyle Electronics.
