 facility located near Carbille, LA. This project will increase styrene capacity from 900,000 tons per year to 1,150,000 tons per year. Completion is planned for the third quarter of 2004. CosMar is a 50:50 joint venture between Atofina Petrochemicals and General Electric Petrochemicals, a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary

A subsidiary whose parent company owns 100% of its common stock.

In other words, the parent company owns the company outright and there are no minority owners.
