The main difference between a conventional liquid paint and a powder coating is that the powder coating does not require a solvent to keep the binder and filler parts in a liquid suspension using Kynar 500(R) PVDF PVDF polyvinylidene difluoride resin. The license grants Rohm & Haas the authority to formulate powder coatings in a range of colors not of the white race; - commonly meaning, esp. in the United States, of negro blood, pure or mixed.
