All five directors received in excess of 98.6 percent of the shares voted in person or by proxy. Elected to terms expiring in 1999 were Travis W. Bain II, president of Bain Enterprises, Inc. in Plano, Texas; Dan Busbee, an attorney and shareholder with Locke Purnell Rain Harrell in Dallas; and John W. Norris Jr., chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Lennox International, Inc., in Dallas. Elected for terms expiring in 1997 were Dr. Thomas C.
