) were elected for three-year terms, two directors were elected for one-year terms and a fifth was elected for a two-year term at the company's annual meeting of shareholders held today. The meeting was held in Denver, Colo., which is the headquarters of the company's Greeley Gas division.

All five directors received in excess of 98.6 percent of the shares voted in person or by proxy. Elected to terms expiring in 1999 were Travis W. Bain II, president of Bain Enterprises, Inc. in Plano, Texas; Dan Busbee, an attorney and shareholder with Locke Purnell Rain Harrell in Dallas; and John W. Norris Jr., chairman of the board and chief executive officer of Lennox International, Inc., in Dallas.
