) today said that Gary G. Rehm has been appointed vice president of marketing for the utility company's Mid-Tex Division, which serves 1.5 million natural gas customers in north and central Texas.

Since January 2003, Rehm has served as vice president of marketing for Atmos Energy's Mississippi Division, based in Jackson, Miss.

Rehm participates in the American Gas Foundation's steering committee on public policy and real energy efficiency. In addition, Rehm is a member of the Local Distribution Company (LDC LDC
