:A) announced today a further step in the successful cooperation of both companies to improve the development process quality of RF telecommunication products.

A complete design kit for Agilent's Advanced Design System (ADS) software, based on Atmel's advanced Silicon-Germanium (SiGe) bipolar technology, is now available for foundry customers. The design kit helps engineers to speed up the development of RF ICs for the highly competitive mobile communication market.

Agilent's ADS software allows engineers to design ICs quickly, by increasing speed and accuracy of RF simulations.
