 in full charge-coupled device

Semiconductor device in which the individual semiconductor components are connected so that the electrical charge at the output of one device provides the input to the next device.
, 16-Million-pixel full frame area arrays. The AT71201M CCD has a nominal photosensitive A material that changes when exposed to light.  noise, and operating mode flexibility. Drawing on its expertise in Imaging, Atmel offers this wide full frame imager that is designed for the Graphic Arts marketplace, Industrial control, medical imaging or scientific analysis.

This standard square format offers 16.8 Million pixels useful resolution, each with large 11umx11um pixels. It has 100% aperture, which provides a wide bandwidth of response up to 1100 nm wavelength for this monochrome version. The AT71201M CCD main characteristics include very low dark current (MMP MMP Matrix Metalloproteinase (enzymes related to tissue healing/remodeling and cancer cell metastasis)

mode) and high dynamic range. The CCD is split into four independent zones that are separately driven by four clocks. Thus the sensor can be used in up to 12 sensor modes. Two serial registers and four independent output amplifiers offer a high-frequency functionality of up to 8 frames per second using 4 outputs at 40MHz (MegaHertZ) One million cycles per second. It is used to measure the transmission speed of electronic devices, including channels, buses and the computer's internal clock. A one-megahertz clock (1 MHz) means some number of bits (16, 32, 64, etc. . The AT71201M CCD sensor is able to work in 1x1, 2x2, 4x4 binning mode with definition of respectively 4096X4096, 2048x2048 or 1024x1024 pixels.
