) today announced financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2002.

Revenues for the first quarter of 2002 totaled $275,773,000, versus $284,576,000 in the fourth quarter of 2001 and $525,944,000 in the first quarter of 2001. Net loss for the first quarter of 2002 totaled $44,333,000 or $0.09 per share. In the fourth quarter of 2001, the Company reported a net loss of $31,568,000 or $0.07 per share. In the first quarter of 2001, the Company's net income was $56,014,000 or $0.12 per share on a fully diluted di·lute
