Highlights of Atlys Release 8.0 include:
-- New APIs for Enhanced CRM -- New APIs enhance customer relationship
management and Atlys' front-end integration with external systems. Atlys
integrates easily with third-party software, enhancing customer care and
billing capabilities and providing more seamless interfaces. One of the first
integrations will be to Siebel eCommunications 7, an industry-leading
e-business application from Siebel Systems (Nasdaq:SEBL). This solution will
leverage the robust CRM functionality found in both systems.

-- Simultaneous GSM and PCS Network Support -- Operators can support both GSM
and PCS (TDMA and/or CDMA) networks simultaneously, allowing them to offer more
flexible service packages, transition from 2G to 2.5/3G services, and expand
their geographic footprint.

-- Advanced Prepaid Support -- Atlys' robust integrated prepaid/postpaid
functionality is strengthened with numerous prepaid enhancements including high
availability, anonymous subscriber support, multilingual messaging, pre-event
account balance management, and more finite whisper message thresholds. These
features help drive new revenue, reduce revenue loss, and increase customer
satisfaction and loyalty.

-- Wireless Local Number Portability (WLNP) -- Operators can use Atlys' WLNP
