Atlona Technologies, a manufacturer of connectivity solution-based audio video products, and Wisair, a provider of single-chip based Wireless USB solutions, announced on Monday (20 April) the availability of a Wireless USB Display Adapter Set that wirelessly transfers PC content to TVs, monitors and projectors.

According to the company, the Wireless USB Adapter A network adapter that plugs into the computer via the USB port. See network adapter and wireless adapter. See also wireless USB.  Set features VGA and HDMI outputs with the ability of both outputs being active simultaneously. It supports up to 1400x1050 screen resolution, provides a wireless range of up to 30ft (in the same room) and is a standard USB-IF certified solution.

Atlona has examined several technological solutions and Wisair's provided the best range and performance at the most attractive price point, the company said.

The set is expected to be available in retail stores in May at an MSRP of USD USD
