Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. Announces Public Offering of 5,000,000 Common Units.PHILADELPHIA -- Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. The Partnership also expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional common units to cover over-allotments, if any.
