Atlas Joins BEA Solution Partner Program

Atlas Commerce, a leading provider of Internet software for collaborative commerce, announced today that it has joined forces with BEA Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: BEAS), the E-Commerce Transactions Company (TM). Through this alliance, Atlas Commerce will work with BEA to deliver continuous enhancements to Atlas Metaprise Software - an end-to-end commerce solution for managing interactions among business partners within a distributed supply chain - which is built on BEA(TM).

BEA Solution Providers Program (SPP) members are independent software vendors (ISVs) and application service providers (ASPs) who sublicense BEA products. Strategic partners participate in joint marketing and training programs tailored to their business model.
