Atlas DMT Unwraps Fourth-Annual Online Holiday Shopping Study.

 Atlas DMT's annual holiday shopping study. The study, now in its fourth year, also predicts the 2004 online holiday shopping season's busiest day will occur during the workweek of December 13th, most likely at the end of that week.

--Mondays remain the busiest online shopping day. --The most active online shopping day last year was December 15, as compared to December 10, in 2002, and recorded a 140 percent increase in sales over an average holiday shopping day.

--Weekdays again are the most active online shopping days during the holidays, most notably between noon and 3 p.m. EST P.M. also p.m. or p.m.

--The holiday season for every e-commerce industry is not necessarily the day after Thanksgiving through the week before Christmas, as evidenced by travel's dramatic surge in sales in January, as compared to December.
