The management changes come on the heels of Atlas DMT's continued domestic growth, successful break into the European market and the recent release of the Atlas Suite 4.0 -- the award-winning third party ad serving and campaign management platform that provides agencies with automated access to the metrics that will help translate online advertising campaigns -- now including rich media -- into results that matter most to marketers. Before joining Atlas DMT as chief technology officer and senior vice president of development and product services in 2002, Karasa was executive vice president and general manager of MSNBC.com, where she managed the day-to-day operations of MSNBC.com including sales, marketing, technology, finance and business partnerships. Prior to this, she served MSNBC.com as vice president of development and design, overseeing all technology groups and operations as well as the non-editorial components of the design team. Karasa has also held vice president of product development positions for Clarus Corporation, a supply-chain software company, and Atrieva, an Internet back-up software and service provider. She holds an M.A. from Bastyr University In 1984, the school was renamed Bastyr College, and in 1994, it became Bastyr University. Bastyr now offers programs in naturopathic medicine, nutrition, acupuncture and Oriental medicine, exercise science and wellness, health psychology, applied behavioral science, midwifery, nutrition  and a B.A. from Smith College in Massachusetts.

Since Atlas DMT rolled out as a separate business unit under the aQuantive corporate umbrella in 2001, Tom Sperry has led the technology division as president. For his contributions to the online advertising industry, Sperry was recently appointed chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau's Associate Member Board.
