Atlas Copco Strikes Gold at Boddington Mine In Australia.


STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Atlas Copco Atlas Copco is a Swedish industrial company that was founded in 1873. It manufactures industrial tooling and equipment.

 (STO:ATCOA) has received a significant order for surface drilling equipment from the Boddington Gold Mine in Western Australia Western Australia, state (1991 pop. 1,409,965), 975,920 sq mi (2,527,633 sq km), Australia, comprising the entire western part of the continent. Boddington is a joint venture between Newmont Mining Newmont Mining Corporation NYSE: NEM, based in Denver, Colorado, USA, is one of the world's largest producers of gold, with active mines in, Nevada, Indonesia, Australia/New Zealand, Ghana, and Peru.
