 announced the appointments of Richard Pantaleoni as senior asset/project manager and Jacob Wood as financial analyst.

Richard Pantaleoni is responsible for asset management functions. He works closely with the firm's acquisitions team and implements its business plans post-closing through oversight of daily property operations.

Before joining Atlas, Pantaleoni was head of Real Estate Underwriting at Gramercy Capital Group where he guided investment teams' approach to analyzing and underwriting prospective transactions. Prior to that, he was a senior real estate underwriter and asset manager at UBS UBS Union Bank of Switzerland

Jacob Wood, 27, is responsible for financial analysis related to existing and potential Atlas investments, and assisting with the coordination of the acquisition process.

From 2002 to 2006, Wood was a senior financial analyst at The JBG JBG James Bond Girl (Alizée song)

 Companies, one of the Washington DC area's most prominent real estate investment organizations, where he assisted in the underwriting of commercial, residential, hotel and mixed-use investments. A graduate of Dartmouth College Dartmouth College, at Hanover, N.H.; coeducational; chartered 1769, opened 1770, the ninth colonial college (see Wheelock, Eleazar). Originally a men's college, Dartmouth began admitting women in 1972. , where he studied Economics and Chinese, Wood continued his language studies at Shanghai Jiao Tong University Shanghai Jiao Tong University (Simplified Chinese: 上海交通大学; Traditional Chinese: 上海交通大學  immediately prior to joining Atlas.
