, we have achieved 'timely filer' status again with the SEC," said Jeffrey H. Erickson, AAWW's President and Chief Executive Officer.

"Meeting this important corporate objective, ahead of the schedule we set for ourselves, should open many doors for us, including enabling us to pursue a listing of our common stock on a national securities exchange," Mr. Erickson noted.

"We are already at work on a listing application," said Michael L. Barna, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. "Listing on a national exchange will broaden our potential investor base, which should increase interest in AAWW and ensure a more liquid market for our shares. It will also provide us with greater access to the capital markets.

"Both Jeff and I want to thank all of our employees, particularly the members of our accounting, finance and law departments, for their tremendous effort on behalf of the Company," Mr. Barna added. "It's because of their dedication and diligence that we are once again a timely filer, earlier than planned."
