Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings Achieves Timely Filer Status; To Pursue Listing on National Exchange.

PURCHASE, N.Y. -- Atlas Air Worldwide Holdings, Inc. (AAWW) (OTC: AAWW.PK), a leading provider of global air cargo services, reported today that it filed its 2005 Annual Report on Form 10-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission effective April 14, 2006.
