PURCHASE, N.Y. -- Atlas Air Atlas Air is an American cargo airline based in Purchase, New York, United States.  or the Company) (Nasdaq: AAWW), a leading provider of global air cargo air cargo: see aviation.  assets and outsourced aircraft operating services, today announced that it has priced its offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock. The public offering price will be $25.75 per share. The underwriters will also have a 30-day option to purchase 600,000 additional shares of common stock from the Company at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount. Upon the closing of the offering, which is expected to occur on November 3, 2009, and which is subject to satisfaction of various customary closing conditions, AAWW will receive net proceeds Net Proceeds
