) today announced the appointment of Paul Rudovsky to its Board of Directors.

Rudovsky, 51, is the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Atlantis in March 1995, he served in various senior finance, general management, and consulting positions for several companies, including: INFOVEST Corporation, Arlen Realty & Development Corporation, and Citicorp. Rudovsky received his M.S. degree from Carnegie-Mellon University, after receiving an undergraduate degree from M.I.T.
