This financing included new investor Signet Healthcare Partners (New York, NY). Previous shareholders ABV Holding Company (Stamford CT), CID Equity Capital (Indianapolis, IN), Heron Capital Venture Fund I (Indianapolis, IN), Ironwood Equity Fund (Boston, MA), Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation (Boston, MA), and VIMAC Early Stage Fund (Boston MA) also participated in the Series D financing. Proceeds of the financing will be used to increase market penetration of Atlantis in the dental implant marketplace.
