ABDV's goal during this calendar year is to have a minimum of 4-5 Companies in its portfolio. All of ABDV's portfolio Companies during this calendar year may be in different industries, but our goal is that they should have either positive cash flow within 18 months of their establishment or that they will be able to be publicly traded. During 2005 we plan on continuing to add to our portfolio with a compliment of Companies that will provide synergies to our current portfolio of Companies as well as continuing to increase the diverse industries we invest in. Spreading out investments throughout multiple industries should minimize our risk, while at the same time investing in Companies that have synergies with our portfolio Companies should provided greater opportunities. We believe that this approach will maximize the value of our portfolio positions and subsequently enhance the value of our shares.
