Cornelius B. Prior, Jr., Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of Atlantic Tele-Network stated, "I am pleased to note that today's dividend represents a 16.7% increase in the quarterly dividend of $0.15 per share, which Atlantic Tele-Network has been paying on its common stock since it resumed paying cash dividends in the fourth quarter of 1998." In separate developments, Atlantic Tele-Network announced that the Board of Directors of its subsidiary, Guyana Telephone & Telegraph Company Ltd., had elected Sonita Jagan to be the sole General Manager of GT&T and that ATN's board had elected Lewis A. Stern as Vice President-Finance and Chief Financial Officer and Richard A. Hanscom as Vice President-Technology. Steven M.
