Patriot East will join three existing Atlantic properties within walking distance: Golden Triangle I & II and Patriot West, which is also under construction and 85% pre-leased with occupancy this summer. All properties offer immediate access to the Capital Beltway, Baltimore-Washington Parkway and I-95. Tenants enjoy on-site restaurants, hotel and retail amenities, and easy access to Metro, MARC and Amtrak Amtrak, the National Railroad Passenger Corp., authorized to operate virtually all intercity passenger railroad routes in the United States.
