Atlantic Realty Names Chief Financial Officer.

VIENNA, Va. -- Atlantic Realty Companies (www.arcrealty.com), one of the largest real estate developers in the Washington, DC region, has named Jeffrey J. Ochs, the company's new Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Ochs will oversee the company's finance, accounting and reporting, human resources and information technology activities.

Atlantic Realty is a full-service commercial real estate company, based in Vienna, VA, that owns, manages or has under development over six million square feet of office and retail properties valued at over $750 million. Since its founding in 1992, the company has earned numerous real estate and business awards, including the Ernst & Young Greater Washington Entrepreneur of the Year Award in Real Estate & Construction.

With over 20 years experience in financial management, Mr. Ochs has held senior positions with a variety of major companies including US Airways, NHP Incorporated, Snyder Communications, Inc and The Washington Redskins, where he served as Senior Vice President and CFO. Mr. Ochs has a broad range of public and private company debt and equity experience, and has managed large accounting operations and financial reporting groups. A graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania, where he earned both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA, Mr. Ochs is also a Certified Public Accountant.
