pathways, landscape amenities and shared parking structures. Plaza America IV is one of the project's four office towers, which together define an intimate urban park with a 100' long waterfall waterfall, a sudden unsupported drop in a stream. It is formed when the stream course is interrupted as when a stream passes over a layer of harder rock—often igneous—to an area of softer and therefore more easily eroded rock; the edge of a cliff or  and a variety of richly landscaped areas. The adjacent retail area provides abundant dining and shopping opportunities.

"Plaza America broke new ground for suburban office projects. The complementary uses available on site, the variety of amenities and the opportunities for individual company identity are qualities that have attracted tenants to Tower IV and made it a success," said David Ross David Ross refers to:

The construction of Plaza America IV posed a variety of challenges for the project team. As the final stage of development on a 27-acre site, the construction area was extremely tight, requiring close coordination for sequencing of deliveries and staging of materials.
