In addition, Atlantic Gulf is in negotiations with Florida Communities Trust and Charlotte County for the sale of an additional 354 acres for a sale price of $700,000.

The sale of these properties is in accordance with Atlantic Gulf's business plan which is the profitable disposition of inventory in secondary real estate markets, and the purchase and development of properties in selected primary growth markets throughout the state.
