) and Zoomy Communications (ZoomyCo) announced a strategic relationship to provide design, engineering, construction, and installation services for municipalities and real estate developers considering the deployment of Fiber-to-the-Premise (FTTP (Fiber To The Premises) The installation of optical fiber from the carrier directly into the home or office. The two companies have exchanged company stock and, as sister-organizations, together will be an even stronger force in the fast growing FTTP market. Per their agreement, ZoomyCo will join with the AEG design team in providing design and engineering services to AEG's municipal clients. In turn, AEG will provide supplementary construction and project management services to ZoomyCo's real estate development customers.
