("ADS") (NASDAQ:ADSC), a leading provider of IT strategy consulting and systems integration services to financial institutions, today announced its alliance with Corillian Corporation, a leading provider of Internet banking solutions. ADS will provide systems integration and customization services for the implementation of Corillian's Voyager system.

Corillian's Voyager platform offers banks and financial institutions a flexible platform for Internet banking. It is designed for the financial institution requiring a middleware server that translates messages between a collection of separate processing systems and front-end client software applications over the Internet.

This partnership allows Corillian to take advantage of the explosive market for Internet Banking solutions by extending Corillian's implementation capabilities while maintaining a consistently high level of customer support.
