Atlantic Data Services Names Nancy Egan As Vice-President.

), an IT strategy consulting and systems integration firm, announced the appointment of Nancy T. Egan as vice president and director to oversee the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) practice area.

Egan is responsible for coordinating the efforts of business development, operations and alliance partners to provide financial institutions with strategic and tactical services in support of their CRM business objectives.

Prior to joining ADS, Egan founded Relationship Management Solutions. She is an authority on organizational, operational and technology strategies for CRM, and has directed landmark studies, designed and developed organizational assessment models, and consulted with senior executives across the financial industries for more than 25 years. She was also employed with Innovative Systems, Inc., Hercules, Inc., Mellon Bank, and Comshare, Inc.
