Atlantic Data Services, Inc. Names Robert Mansmann Senior Vice President of Business Development.

QUINCY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 25, 1999--Atlantic Data Services, Inc. ("ADS") (NASDAQ:ADSC), announced today that Robert C. Mansmann has joined their team as Senior Vice President of Business Development.

In his new position, Mr. Mansmann will be responsible for initiating, developing, and closing new business for ADS in selected large accounts. In addition, Mr. Mansmann will be responsible for ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and will contribute to the development and execution of ADS' growth strategy.

Mr. Mansmann's professional career includes Andersen Consulting where he held positions as Business Development Director, Financial Services - Americas and Global Business Development Director, Citigroup and a number of management positions at A.T. Kearney.

Mr. Mansmann is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh where he received his Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting and Finance.
