"). The proceeds of the term loan were used to repay the pre-existing $65 million term loan and outstanding revolving loans, as well as transaction fees and expenses, including a prepayment premium. The revolving portion of the new credit facility replaces the company's pre-existing $50 million revolving credit facility.

Lawrence E. Honig, chairman and chief executive officer of Centerplate, said, "This refinancing allows Centerplate to respond more effectively to new business opportunities, such as the recent reemergence of new stadium construction, and to invest more heavily in our business, particularly our service and quality initiatives, including those with outside partners."

David G. Moyer, Managing Director; Mike Xenick, Vice President; and Dustin Hebrank, Associate assisted Centerplate with this transaction. Mr. Moyer is located in Westport, Connecticut. Mr. Xenick and Mr. Hebrank work in AACA's Tampa, Florida headquarters.
