Atlantans Capture First Two Awards in National Contest; Win `Velocity Express Vacation Sweepstakes'.

Two Atlanta businesswomen were selected as the first winners in a national contest sponsored by Minneapolis based Velocity Express Corporation (Nasdaq:VEXP VEXP Velocity Express Corporation

), provider of time-critical delivery and logistics solutions.

Renita is yet unsure about who she might select to accompany her on her mini-vacation. Patricia, on the other hand, was planning to use her weekend getaway with her husband, to celebrate their recent 25th wedding anniversary.

During the sweepstakes, which runs through January 12, 2003, registered users can earn an entry in the sweepstakes for each order placed using the Velocity Express web site.
