ATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 13, 1997--Atlanta Technology Group Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB

: ATYG) today announced continued profitability for the third quarter and nine months ended Sept. 30, 1997.

For the nine month period ended Sept. 30, 1997, the company reported net income of $162,678, or $0.04 per share, on revenues of $985,295, compared to a loss of ($97,647), or a loss of ($0.03) per share on revenues of $1,183,498 for the nine months of 1996. Weighted average number of shares outstanding were 4,479,680 and 3,078,663 for the 1997 and 1996 nine month periods, respectively.

For the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 1997, the company reported net income of $4,481, or $0.00 per share, on revenues of $268,303, compared to net income for $65,134, or $0.02 per share, on revenues of $471,654. Weighted average number of shares outstanding were 4,830,213 and 3,626,362 for the 1997 and 1996 third quarters, respectively.
