Cleta Winslow will present Westview Lofts, an
alternative housing innovation combining
affordability, livability and diversity to Atlanta's
Westview community.
Cooperative Resource Center (CRC), a 501 (c)(3)
non-profit housing development organization dedicated
to creating innovative affordable housing for low and
moderate income Georgians, and Georgians with special
needs, is responsible for the Westview Loft
development, and has organized this event for the
community.

Westview Lofts
1537 Ralph David Abernathy Blvd, SW
WHAT: Atlanta-based Cooperative Resource Center, developed
21 new loft style units in the Westview area. The
development features esteemed architectural design
work mixing residential and commercial space along the
street front at Ralph David Abernathy Blvd. All units
include wiring for high speed Internet as well as
access to the site's courtyard and gazebo. Residents
for the property include a mixed income tenant base
with 20% targeted at 30% area median income (AMI) or
less. The new lofts signal a resurgence of both
residential and commercial properties in the area.
Development Sponsors include: FBI Economic Development
Corporation, WaMu, National Development Council, DCA's
Low Income Housing Tax Credit Program, Federal Home
Loan Bank's Affordable Housing Program and GWL
