Atlanta CityPass Launches Sept. 6.

WHO:    CityPass, North America's original pay-one-price attraction
        program representing the best museums and attractions in major
        cities

WHAT:   CityPass adds 10th city in 10 years with launch of the
        Atlanta CityPass, the first CityPass in the southern United
        States

WHEN:   Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006

WHERE:  All CityPass attractions will begin selling CityPasses at
        start of business on Wednesday, Sept. 6, 2006

        The Georgia Aquarium
        World of Coca-Cola
        Inside CNN Atlanta Studio Tour
        High Museum of Art
        The Atlanta History Center or Zoo Atlanta
        Fernbank Museum of Natural History or Atlanta Botanical Garden

PRICE:  Atlanta CityPass saves time and money, sold at a substantial
        discount off the cost of buying admission tickets
        individually. Adult ticket booklets are $59 (a value of $112);
        youth age 3-12, $45 including applicable sales tax (a 48%
        savings).

HOW:    Available beginning Sept. 6 from all participating
        attractions, Atlantix ticket locations, and online at
        www.citypass.com. Once the booklet is in hand, users breeze
        past main entrance ticket lines. Once the booklet is used the
        first time, the booklet becomes valid for nine days, allowing
        ample time to see each attraction.

        The Atlanta CityPass is the most aggressive offering in
        CityPass history. Users have four major museums and
        attractions to see, plus two option tickets to choose between
        two more attractions.  The major attractions are:

        The Georgia Aquarium, which includes an automatic entry into
        the Aquarium which otherwise requires a time reservation; the
        High Museum of Art, including Louvre Atlanta; Inside CNN
        Atlanta Studio Tours, for a guided walking tour of behind-the
        scenes views of the studios; and the World of Coca-Cola.

        Users may also choose to visit EITHER the Atlanta Botanical
        Garden OR the Fernbank Museum of Natural History, and EITHER
        the Atlanta History Center including the new Centennial
        Olympic Games Museum OR Zoo Atlanta.

EXTRAS: Atlanta CityPass includes the MARTA Tourist Loop map and
        directions, plus special savings offers from Atlantic Station,
        Sun Dial Restaurant, Bar & View, and the Atlanta Preservation
        Center's historic walking tours.
