NeoMedia Anticipates $750,000 in Revenues from 4 Licensees

NeoMedia Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: NEOM) said today that Atlanta's new rock 99X (WNNX-FM) has joined the growing list of licensees of its Qode Commerce Solution(TM).

"At 99X (www.99x.com) we have a tech-savvy listener base, predominantly 18-34-year-olds who love our music and being online," said Jennifer Nech, a 99X marketing manager. "There are a quarter-million-plus active members in our Freeloader listener program, 50,000 of whom receive bi-weekly e-mail updates from 99X."

Last month Media Audit announced that 99X.com was the No. 1 radio station Web site in the U.S. according to a survey it conducted of some 3,100 station Web sites.

Qode `A Perfect Demographic Fit'

Nech said 99X "will target the Freeloader group with information about the Qode solution, which we know is a perfect demographic fit. The fantastic array of products, information about money-saving promotions on those products, and the links to Internet and on-land retailers is all very cool and should be very well received by our listeners."

Fourth Licensee of Qode Solution This Month

Rudolf Y. Mosny, NeoMedia's COO and executive vice president of International Operations, said 99X is the fourth licensee added this month, and the second major media company to make the Qode Commerce Solution its online shopping engine. Other recent additions to Qode's licensee network are JC Whitney Company, PAX Internet, Inc. and TelitGlobe Communications. Products from JC Whitney and other merchants in the Qode Network are available on the 99X.com shopping site.
