The contract is for lock construction for the Olmstead Locks and Dams project on the Ohio River Ohio River

, will provide all construction services required to construct twin 110-foot wide by 1,200-foot long lock chambers located near the Illinois shoreline at Olmstead, Illinois.

Project construction is expected to begin early in 1996 and be completed in the next four years. When completed, the Olmstead Project will replace Locks and Dams 52 & 53, providing a navigational pool to Smithland Locks and Dam.
