 (NASDAQ/NMS:ATKNQ) and The Clark Construction Group, Inc., announced today that they have reached an agreement in principle for the sale of the Atkinson business to Clark. The transaction, which has the support of the Atkinson sureties, was approved by the Atkinson Board on December 19, subject to the negotiation and execution of definitive documents to be submitted to the Court by December 29, 1997.
