MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 4, 1998--ATIO Corp. has announced an agreement with ADC Apex, a business unit of ADC Telecommunications, Inc., (NASDAQ: ADCT; www.adc.com) for the joint marketing and distribution of the CyberCall(R) solution to telecommunications operators.

ADC Apex has successfully implemented information systems infrastructures for leading telecommunications operators in North America, including AT&T, Bell Atlantic, US West, and others. The company has developed a strategy to sell integrated operations support systems (OSS) for large and medium-sized telcos. ATIO, with CyberCall, was selected by ADC Apex as a preferred partner to supply the customer interaction solution for their telecommunications customers.
