Atherton Strategic Advisors announces the whole loan sale of $16,610,700 of franchise real estate loans originated by Atherton Capital Inc.

The loans included in this sale were fixed rate, long term and fully amortizing. Each loan was secured by a fee property occupied by a major branded franchised retail concept. The loans were purchased to be held in portfolio by institutional investors and sold by Atherton at an all-in premium to par.
