Atherton Capital Incorporated has committed to funding $22 million in new store development financing for the third quarter of 1998. Franchised concepts include Applebee's, Burger King, KFC KFC Kentucky Fried Chicken (restaurant chain)

Atherton's development program enables borrowers to grow their businesses by lending 100% of the funds to purchase land, build new stores, purchase equipment and advance soft costs for permits and fees. Financing has been made available to multi-unit operators who have development experience. Loan amounts have ranged from $700,000 to $2 million per borrower.
