Athena Controls purchases temperature controls line from United Electric.


PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 17, 1996--Athena Controls Inc., a leading supplier of temperature and process control instrumentation, has announced the acquisition of a significant new temperature control product line for the food processing Food processing is the set of methods and techniques used to transform raw ingredients into food for consumption by humans or animals.
