The Buckingham Research Group, a financial market research firm, has leased over 7,100 square feet at 630 Third Avenue for its executive offices, it was announced by Atco Properties & Management, Inc., the building owner and manager.

The company, which is moving from 140 William Street William Street may refer to:
  • William Street, Melbourne in Victoria, Australia
  • William Street, Perth in Western Australia
, is expected to occupy its new space in March, 1992. The 10-year lease has an aggregate rental of over $2 million. Major tenants at 630 Third Avenue, a 23-story, 230,000-square-foot building at 41st Street, with a renovated lobby and state-ofthe-art security system, include Horizon Media, and Williams Thacher and Rand Rand

Alan W. Rosenbluth, senior vice president of Atco Properties & Management, Inc., represented Atco in the transaction. Marty Winkelman and Andrew Simon Andrew Michael Simon an American Clarinetist, is principal clarinet of the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra.

He made his debut in the Carnegie Hall Recital (Weill) Hall in 1989, after winning the Artists International Young Musicians Auditions Clarinet Award.

In addition, the law firm of Ira Greenhill leased the entire 18th floor comprising 5,000 square feet at 555 Fifth Avenue, another property owned and managed by Atco.

The law firm, which expects to occupy the space in February, is moving from 500 Fifth Avenue.

The lo-year lease has an aggregate rental value rental value n. the amount which would be paid for rental of similar property in the same condition in the same area. Evidence of rental value becomes important in lawsuits in which loss of use of real property or equipment is an issue, and the rental value is the  of over S1.5 million.

A 19-story, 220,000-square-foot building at 46th Street whose major tenants include Wallach's men's and women's clothing store and Cunard Line Ltd., 555 Fifth Avenue features a distinctive bronze entrance canopy flanked by gray granite columns.
