Atchison Signs Multi-Year Deal to Supply GETS. (ACC See adaptive cruise control. )], Atchison, Kansas  , signed a multiyear agreement with General Electric Transportation Systems (GETS), Erie, Pennsylvania, to supply steel locomotive undercarriage trucks used on four GETS locomotive models. "It's a single contract covering multiple parts," said Timothy Zimmer, ACC vice president of sales. "There's no doubt that ACC has a strong culture built around truck production. There's still a diversity of production. That makes ASCM vital in terms of revenue generation, especially in handling spike loads with a stable workforce. Dennis R. Anderson, ASCM national accounts manager, added, "This agreement renews the long-standing relationship we previously had with GETS." The agreement covers current domestic and export trucks and tooling design. The value and quantity of the agreement was undisclosed.
