ATARI ATARI founder Nolan Bushnell Nolan K. Bushnell (born February 5, 1943) is an American electrical engineer and entrepreneur who founded both Atari and the Chuck E. Cheese's Pizza-Time Theaters chain.  on the huge amount of memory and disk storage required for full-motion video Video transmission that changes the image 30 frames per second (30 fps).
