Landmark Game Generates Atari's Largest Initial Shipment Ever

Game Available May 15, In Conjunction With Release Of The Matrix Reloaded

Atari announced today that worldwide retail orders for Enter the Matrix for the PlayStation(R) 2 computer entertainment system, the Xbox(TM) video game system from Microsoft, the Nintendo GameCube The Nintendo GameCube (GCN) is Nintendo's fourth home video game console, belonging to the sixth generation era. The system itself is the most compact and least expensive, next to the Dreamcast, of the sixth generation era consoles. (TM) and personal computer (PC) have surpassed 4 million copies. The game will be available worldwide on May 15, in conjunction with the release of the highly anticipated second installment of the Matrix film trilogy, The Matrix Reloaded.
