Atari's RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Game Screams into Stores; Highly Anticipated Sequel to #1 Tycoon Franchise Packed With All-New Thrills.


BEVERLY, Mass. -- The wait for RollerCoaster Tycoon(R) fans everywhere is finally over! Atari, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATAR) announced that RollerCoaster Tycoon(R) 3, the highly-anticipated next addition to the best-selling RollerCoaster Tycoon franchise, is available at retail stores nationwide today. The game will be available in territories outside the U.S. on November 5th.

Chris Sawyer is a Scottish computer game developer who is best-known for designing and programming RollerCoaster Tycoon, RollerCoaster Tycoon 2, and
, debuted in March 1999 with the launch of RollerCoaster Tycoon and immediately shot to the top of the PC charts where it stayed until late October.
